GUIDELINES TO COLLECTORS

SHIPPING

Artwork typically ships within 10 business days of your order date. Gift certificates are delivered immediately by email.

RETURNS

ARTHUNT accepts returns within one week (or 7 days) of delivery. We ask that the BUYER retain the original packaging materials for shipping.  ALL SALES OF ARTWORK $5,000.00 OR MORE ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.  If original packaging is unavailable or damaged contact our ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE TEAM at info@arthunt-gallery.com to obtain new packaging materials and acquire a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM in advance of sending return.


HOW TO RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS

Step 1 – Within 7 days email our ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE TEAM at info@arthunt-gallery.com with the following information:

NAME
ADDRESS
PHONE
TRACKING NUMBER
ITEM NUMBER
REASON  FOR RETURN

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method.   ART HUNT requires all artwork to be shipped by one of the following approved carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • USPS International
  • FedEx

REFUNDS

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, ART HUNT will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

ART HUNT is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

Please refer to “HOW TO RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS” above for shipping.

Step 1 – Within 3 DAYS of your merchandise delivery date, please email ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE TEAM at info@arthunt-gallery.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.

Step 2 – Save original packaging!

Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email damaged art photos to ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE TEAM at  info@arthunt-gallery.com with subject line: “DAMAGED ARTWORK”.

Step 4 – An ART HUNT COLLECTOR CARE TEAM member will contact you to discuss next steps.
